A former Fed 100 award winner, Dan Mintz serves as President and Executive Director of the Advanced Mobility Academic Research Center (AMARC).

Dan is also President and Principal Consultant of ESEM Consulting, providing technology insight, strategic management and business capture support to small and mid-sized companies in the Federal marketplace as well as program and technology advice to Federal organizations. In these positions, Dan brings his experience as the US Department of Transportation’s (DOT) departmental CIO from 2006-2009 and business acumen from serving as a CTO and a COO in large and smaller companies in the federal business marketplace.

Dan is a frequent speaker and moderator at conferences and events focusing on mobility, cloud computing, Government 2.0 and 3.0 and cyber-security issues. He writes a blog covering organizational disruption, technology development, and his take on the world at www.ourownlittlecorner.com, is on Facebook and ‘tweets’ using the name @technogeezer.

For the last several years, Dan Mintz has been teaching IT management education as an adjunct professor at Syracuse University and at the University of Maryland University College (UMUC).</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder><Name>Tom Suder</Name><Description>Founder &amp; Chief Operating Officer -- 

A respected thought leader in the Federal IT community, Tom Suder is the Founder &amp; Chief Operating Officer of the Advanced Mobilty Academic Research Center (AMARC).

Tom is also the President &amp; Founder of advanced mobility integrator Mobilegov and he serves as a Strategic Advisor for the University of Central Florida’s Institute for Simulation &amp; Training (IS&amp;T), an internationally-renowned academic research center that utilizes modeling, simulation and virtual reality technology for the advancement of training and education. Tom joined UCF in 2010 and works with the Mixed Emerging Technology Integration Lab (METIL), which focuses on the research and development of innovative mobile technology and Web 2.0 applications.

Tom is an active member of the American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC), a prominent professional organization dedicated to the improvement of Federal IT through government and industry collaboration. From 2011 to 2013, Tom was Co-Chair of the Advanced Mobility Working Group (AMWG), an influential committee that studies all facets of mobile computing and helped shape the mobility component of the Digital Government Strategy.</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder><Name>AMARC Advisory Board</Name><Description/></Stakeholder><Stakeholder><Name>Darren Ash</Name><Description>Mr. Darren B. Ash is the Deputy Executive Director for Corporate Management in the Executive Director's Office of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Mr. Ash provides policy direction, leadership and oversight for information technology (IT), information management, information systems security, space planning and facilities management, rulemaking, acquisition management, centralized administrative service, and human capital management at the NRC. He also serves as the Agency’s Chief Information Officer, Chief Freedom of Information Act Officer, and Senior Accountable Official for Open Government.

Prior to joining the NRC, Mr. Ash worked as Department of Transportation's (DOT) Associate Chief Information Officer for IT Investment Management. For close to two years, he led DOT's information assurance &amp; security, privacy, enterprise architecture, capital planning, and information resource management activities. He began working at DOT in 2003, where he led their capital planning and enterprise architecture efforts, in response to the Clinger-Cohen Act and the E-Government Act of 2002.

Mr. Ash began his government career with the Internal Revenue Service where he supported the agency's modernization program, with a focus on project management, economic analyses, and capital planning. In 1998, he joined the Department of Treasury and supported the Chief Information Officer on all capital planning and IT budget matters.

Mr. Ash is a native Californian, he grew up in Napa where he graduated from Vintage High School. In 1990 he received his Bachelor of Arts International Studies from American University in Washington, D.C. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University (1991), and a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University (2004). He is also a graduate from the American Council for Technology/Industry Advisory Council's Partners Program (2005).</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder><Name>Diana Burley</Name><Description>Diana L. Burley is Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Education and Human Development at The George Washington University (GW). Prior to joining the GW faculty, she served as a Program Officer at The National Science Foundation (NSF) where she managed multi-million dollar grant programs designed to increase the capacity of the U.S. higher education enterprise to produce scientists. At NSF, she served as the lead program officer of the Cyber Corps© program and based on her work, Dr. Burley was honored by the Federal Chief Information Officers (CIO) Council and the Colloquium on Information Systems Security Education (CISSE) for outstanding efforts toward the development of the federal cyber security workforce.</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder><Name>Kimberly Hancher</Name><Description>Kimberly Hancher is the Chief Information Officer of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Kimberly began her Federal career at the Department of Veterans Affairs in 1981.  Fifteen years later, she joined Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to lead the electronic government (e-gov) program. After a 10 year stint at the FCC, she became the Chief Information Officer at the EEOC’s Office of Information Technology (OIT).</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder><Name>Pam Hird</Name><Description>Pam Hird is a certified Senior Project Manager responsible for the development, deployment, maintenance and expansion of a Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) mobile solution for the United States Department of Agriculture’s National Agriculture Statistics Service (NASS). Pam has worked in a multitude of roles, from international consultant with the NASS International Programs Office to implementing a variety of IT related projects.</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder><Name>David Metcalf</Name><Description>Dr. David Metcalf's METIL lab explores leading edge innovations in learning. Specific areas of focus include learning business strategy, performance measurement, operational excellence, outsourcing, blended learning, games/sims and mobile learning.

As a researcher, analyst and consultant, Dr. Metcalf has been a leader in the learning and development space for more than 15 years, developing over 500 online courses and multimillion dollar projects.

Dr. Metcalf formerly was the Chief Learning Technologist at RWD Technologies. He joined RWD with the sale of his NASA Kennedy Space Center laboratory spin-off company, Merrimac. Prior to spin-off, he was the Lead Multimedia Designer at NASA KSC.

Dr. Metcalf holds a B.A. in Art/Computer Graphics from the University of Texas, an M.S. in Computer-based Learning and his Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. He keeps current by continuing to hold appointments at several universities, including Walden University's Knowledge and Learning Management doctoral program.

He is a frequent speaker at major learning and development conferences around the world. His first book on mobile learning applications with emphasis on corporate uses has been in significant demand.</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder><Name>Molly O’Neill </Name><Description>Molly O’Neill is a CGI Initiative for Collaborative Government Fellow and the former Assistant Administrator and Chief Information Officer of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

As CIO of EPA, Ms. O'Neill was responsible for establishing an innovative center of excellence that advanced the creation, management, and use of information as a strategic resource at the EPA.

Prior to joining EPA, Ms. O'Neill served as the state director of the National Environmental Information Exchange Network for the Environmental Council of the States. She worked with the EPA, state environmental agencies, and tribes to establish and manage an evolutionary information network, which allows millions of vital data records to be shared across the country.

Ms. O'Neill currently serves as vice president and Global Energy and Environmental Industry lead at CGI.</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder><Name>Adam Porter</Name><Description>Professor: Dept. of Computer Science,University of Maryland and University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computing Studies (UMIACS) </Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder><Name>Douglas C. </Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder><Name>Pete Tseronis </Name><Description>As Chief Technology Officer, Pete Tseronis supports federal mission objectives by providing strategic direction and vision for IT for the Department of Energy.   Pete is establishing a formal, sustainable federal technology deployment program to bring innovative solutions such as cloud computing, wireless, and mobility solutions into the government IT portfolio.  To accomplish this, Pete brokers alliances between the public and private sectors to ensure that the DOE has access to the most promising innovations and world class resources.     

In 2011, Pete developed and launched a highly successful series of Innovation and Technology Summits.  In addition, he leads multiple enterprise programs to investigate and plan the deployment of services across the DOE including activities focused on citizen engagement.
