Goal 1: Collaboration Environment
Establish a government-wide collaboration environment of multiple loosely-coupled collaboration services, primarily those services already existing for intra-department use.
Goal 2: Collaboration Services
Make the loosely-coupled collaboration services available to users via customizable thin portals, provided to users by their own departments.
Goal 3: Infrastructure
Implement the critical infrastructure necessary for the government-wide sharing of collaboration services and underlying data.
Goal 4: Standards
Adopt standards for interoperability and federated operation of collaboration services.
Goal 5: Culture
Foster a culture of sharing and collaboration.
Goal 6: Policies and Training
Establish policies and training for the secure use of collaboration services.
