Prior to launching Verified Volunteers, Tom handled acquisition and business development activities for Sterling Infosystems. Previously, he worked for Calera Capital Partners, a leading middle market private equity firm. Tom began his career with Goldman, Sachs & Co. and spent a year with American International Group in Thailand as a Princeton-in-Asia fellow. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. from Princeton University, where he graduated magna cum laude. Tom volunteers actively in New York and works closely with Harlem Academy, an independent school serving grades 1-8. Tom is based in New York City.Katie ZwetzigVice President, Client Experience -- Katie leads account management and client care for Verified Volunteers. She has been at the forefront of the screening industry for the last 12 years and founded her own background screening company, Tandem Select. Katie holds a MA in Marketing from Colorado State and a BA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Colorado. Katie is a dedicated volunteer, sitting on many boards and committees in Northern Colorado for the past 20 years. She is based in Ft. Collins, Colorado where she lives with her husband and 3 daughters.Christine SbatellaVP, Product Management & Global Operations -- Christine oversees product development and operations for Verified Volunteers. Christine has over 17 years of experience in compliance, risk mitigation and background screening for Sterling Infosystems, Acxiom and others. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kent State. Christine volunteers regularly for the St. Albert the Great school and parish. She is based in Cleveland, Ohio where she lives with her husband and 2 children.Dale McMullinChief Technology Officer -- Dale leads the development effort for Verified Volunteers. He has more than 20 years of experience in the energy and software engineering industries as a developer, architect, researcher, technical strategist, executive, and entrepreneur. Dale holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines and a MS in Computer Information Technologies from Regis University. He is a published author and an award-winning lecturer. Dale is a deeply engaged volunteer, sitting on many technological, philanthropic and educational boards throughout his career. He is based in Atlanta where he lives with his wife.Eric EschenbachSolutions Architect -- Eric is the software project lead and system architect behind Verified Volunteers. He has 15 years of experience developing mobile and web applications for companies like AT&T and Allure Global. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech. He actively volunteers with Upward, the North Atlanta Soccer Association and East Cobb Presbyterian church.
