FACT is based in Washington, D.C. and led by Executive Director Kendra Arnold.  </Description><Stakeholder StakeholderTypeType="Person"><Name>Kendra Arnold</Name><Description>Executive Director -- Ms. Arnold joined FACT shortly after the organization’s inception in 2014 as General Counsel. Prior to joining FACT, she represented clients in private practice, in both state and federal court. She also litigated in the areas of civil and criminal cases, as well as appellate cases. A 2007 graduate of Drake Law School, Ms. Arnold served on the Drake Law Review as Notes Editor and worked in the Drake Legal Clinic, for which she received the Robert J. Kromminga award for her work in the Appellate Clinic.
