In order to successfully apply to start a PTPI Chapter, the following requirements must be met:
* Have at least 10 members and submit a membership list for Community Chapters or Student Chapters
* Hold a meeting to elect officers and plan at least four projects for the year that are based on the vision and mission of PTPI
* Submit a Project Planning Form
* Read and sign the Community Chapter Bylaws or Student Chapter Bylaws
* Submit a Community Chapter Charter Application or Student Chapter Charter Application
