Office Delve surfaces personalized content to you from across Office 365. Powered by the Office Graph, Delve shows you information based on what you're working on and what's trending around you.
Delve helps you discover the information that's likely to be most interesting to you right now - across Office 365.
The more you and your colleagues work together, by viewing, editing and sharing each other's documents, the more useful Delve will be for all of you.
Delve learns from how you and your colleagues work, and tailors the information to each of you. What you see in your views in Delve is different from what your colleagues see in theirs.
Delve never changes any permissions, so you'll only see documents that you already have access to. Other people will not see your private documents, for example documents that you've stored in private folders in OneDrive for Business._b3bca960-f06d-11e4-96ef-dbf4cba7192bFindabilityHelp users find what they need._b3bcaa14-f06d-11e4-96ef-dbf4cba7192b2Find what you need --

Delve shows you how you and your colleagues connect with documents and one another. Just type in a name to see what someone’s working on and what’s trending around them. With Delve, connecting with others, building relationships and sharing information is easier than ever.
Delve shows you a mix of content from across Office 365. You’ll see both your own documents, and documents your colleagues are working on. These are documents that are stored in OneDrive for Business or in Sites in Office 365, or that have been shared with you as attachments in emails. Webpages that have been posted to Yammer, can also show up in Delve.
The documents you see on your Home page aren’t organized according to a timeline, for example last modified, or in alphabetical order. Instead, Delve organizes documents according to what’s likely to be most relevant to you right now.
So how can Delve know what’s relevant to you?
The brains behind Delve is the Office graph. The Office graph continuously collects and analyses signals that you and your colleagues send when you work in Office 365. For example, when you and a colleague modify or view the same document, it’s a signal that you’re likely to be working together. Other signals are who you communicate with through e-mail, and who you've shared documents with, who your manager is, and who has the same manager as you.
Delve uses the result of the Office graph analysis to show you documents that are most likely to be relevant to you right now. For example, the Office graph will notice if several of the people you regularly work with, view a specific document. That document is most likely also interesting to you, so Delve shows it on your Home page.
The information on each content card helps you understand why a document shows up for you. For example, several of your colleagues viewed the document recently or someone you work with modified it._b3bcb004-f06d-11e4-96ef-dbf4cba7192b2015-05-01OwenAmburOwen.Ambur@verizon.net
