The park's Interpretative programs include NPS Ranger programs for the general public, and the curriculum based educational programs for grades Kindergarten through college level. These programs highlight the general history of the Site associated with the life and legacy of the 39th president and history of Plains as a typical small community in the rural twentieth century South. The Commission makes recommendations to the Park Superintendent and the Planning Team from the National Park Service.
