During FY2010, the members of the Advisory Committee fufilled two functions. First, as required by Section 3(d)(4) of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945, as amended, the Advisory Committee submitted its views on the Annual Report to Congress regarding the Bank's ability to provide competitive financing to neutralize the officially supported export financing provided by Ex-Im Bank's OECD counterparts.
