Rowe Price, Melody spent eight years at Aon Corporation, a Fortune 50 insurance brokerage and consulting company, serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Melody also served as a senior consultant with Organizational Dynamics, Inc., and held several leadership positions in a six-year tenure with Citicorp Mortgage.Melody holds Master of Music and Bachelor of Arts degrees, both from Southern Illinois University. She has also completed post-graduate work in Organizational Psychology at the University of Missouri. He also served in various positions at Nextel Communications, Inc., including as Vice President and Treasurer and in Planning and Analysis roles. Rich held the position of Vice President, Finance, at Pocket Communications, Inc. Rich has also held positions with MCI Communications, Deloitte &amp; Touche, and Casher Associates.Rich earned an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College. Early in his career, he also held roles at Gemini Consulting and The Forum Corporation.Bill received a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. This includes prioritizing markets and investments, ensuring strong relationships with CEB members, and building effective partnerships and links across countries and clients. He is passionate about connecting leaders across EMEA and APAC with actionable solutions proven to drive bottom-line results. During his tenure, Anthony has been instrumental in growing CEB's global business. He joined the firm as Executive Director of Corporate Strategy and Global Development, with responsibility for CEB’s global corporate strategy (including all avenues for organic and inorganic growth), and also ran CEB's Professional Services businesses. In his strategy role, Anthony led a deeper focus on business returns from effective management of talent, including leading the acquisition and integration of global talent assessment and analytics leader SHL, now CEB SHL Talent Measurement. He previously served as the Chief Operating and Customer Officer for that organization. Prior to joining CEB, Anthony held leadership positions at IBM, Forrester and Datamonitor. At all three organizations, his focus was on driving international growth. In his time as General Manager of Datamonitor, he oversaw a 59% increase in profits and a 50% growth in share price at Forrester, he led turnarounds to re-establish growth in both EMEA and APAC. Throughout his career, Anthony has led numerous efforts to re-align or accelerate overall go-to-market strategies and drive the associated changes necessary for success. Anthony received a First Class Honors Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a Diploma in International Management from EM Strasbourg Business School.
