We encourage and support female leaders to stay engaged with libertarian philosophy, promote liberty to new audiences, and elevate their work through leadership opportunities and training. Our goals are to create an empowered network of libertarian women leaders actively engaging in public discourse, showing our empathy to those harmed by government, and drawing new audiences to the political and societal changes needed to secure opportunity for every individual and family... We accomplish these goals through three main programs: 1) LOLA Social Chapters | 2) LOLA Leadership Training | 3) LOLA Speakers Bureau</Description><OtherInformation>The Ladies of Liberty Alliance (LOLA) is a non-profit, non-political, educational organization established in 2009 to address the shortage of women in the liberty movement. Research shows that libertarian women feel the most alone in libertarian circles than women involved in other political philosophies. Libertarian women from different backgrounds and experiences have come to LOLA expressing that they feel alone in the liberty movement and/or their desire to be part of an all-women’s group where Ladies of Liberty can come together and empower one another to be active members of the liberty movement. Thus, LOLA began.</OtherInformation><StrategicPlanCore><Organization><Name>Ladies of Liberty Alliance</Name><Acronym>LOLA</Acronym><Identifier>_2ef495f0-5046-11eb-9767-61ab3183ea00</Identifier><Description>The Ladies of Liberty Alliance is a network of independent, libertarian women leaders who, through their careers and/or personal endeavors, are dedicated to spreading the ideas of individual liberty and free markets.
