SitScape's software significantly enhanced MetLife's operations and was able to detect anomaly at least 10x faster than before in its mission-critical 24x7 environment.</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder StakeholderTypeType="Generic_Group"><Name>Auto Makers</Name><Description>Solution: SitScape's visual data correlation fabric enables data from two separate data stores being dynamically correlated without moving big data into a single database first, with just a few mouse clicks and zero programming.Problem: One of the largest auto maker of the world faces a key challenge -- Their marketing department has collected hundreds of millions of on-line user click-stream records, and the click-stream contains various URL patterns which corresponds to their various marketing campaign, such as offering different coupons or discounts to visitors when viewing different section of their web site. Meanwhile, their sales department has collected purchasing transactions records when a visitor actually purchased a vehicle. They are two different departments with different systems and big databases. The challenge here is how does the marketing department knows how well do those marketing campaigns actual works? And how can one quickly compare marketing effectiveness across marketing campaign strategies in correlation with the sales data?</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder StakeholderTypeType="Generic_Group"><Name>Commercial Banks</Name><Description>Solution: SitScape's software was selected as the solution for an enterprise-scale cyber PoC effort to automate common cyber analytical tasks, enable the creation of customized data visualizations that allow real-time collaboration, but protected through tailorable access control mechanisms, thereby improving information sharing and enabling better-informed decision making during routine cyber operations.Problem: The cyber security team of one of the largest commercial banks in the world has a major challenge: The increased sensor coverage, access to more disparate cyber data sources, and team size is resulting in information overload for cyber analysts and insufficient or inefficient information sharing between EIS components, lines of business, and with leadership during information security events and Information Security Incidents. The associated inefficiencies result in analysts using their time to create time-consuming reports and analytical products in lieu of conducting more advanced analysis. They need a technical solutions to enable more seamless analysis, reporting, and information sharing in this highly dynamic cyber environment.</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder StakeholderTypeType="Organization"><Name>Multi-Agency-Collaborative-Environment</Name><Description>Solution: MACE and its customers and partners used SitScape's software that is hosted in a cloud environment for analytical discovery, secure information sharing and collaboration very effectively.Problem: MACE was merged from DoD JIEDDOs Counter IED Operations Integration Center Net Centric Initiatives. It deployed the first interoperable, data sharing federation in the DoD, facilitating data discovery, across Service and Agency boundaries to defeat the IED threat. Need emerged to enable broader DoD and Federal Community to achieve the same interoperability and net centric success.</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder StakeholderTypeType="Organization"><Name>Office of the Secretary of Defense</Name><Description>Solution: SitScape's software technology was used to demo strong knowledge management, information organization, drill-down, collaboration and secure information sharing capability for joint decision making. Technology was deployed in SIPRNet for demonstrations.Problem: * Allow senior DoD leadership to proactively shape events via the decision making process rather than simply reacting to events* Demonstrate a capability of contextual mapping and drill-down framework that will help users to organize and prioritize data based on its strategic value, and present views of events that is based on strategic anticipation* Support the ability to think globally, plan regionally, and act locally.</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder StakeholderTypeType="Organization"><Name>Defense Information Services Agency</Name><Description/></Stakeholder><Stakeholder StakeholderTypeType="Organization"><Name>United States Park Police </Name><Description>Solution: The United States Park Police (USPP) served as the coordinating agency. SitScape served as the collaborative and common operating picture (COP) software for participating agencies. In the Multi-Agency Coordination Center (MACC), SitScape played a key role in facilitating information flow between federal/local agencies and their command and operational units.Problem: Each year for the 4th of July, Washington, DC hosts one of the largest festivals and fireworks celebrations in the United States. Beginning early in the day on the 4th, hundreds of thousands of people converge on the National Mall and position themselves on the shores of the Potomac and in the shadows of the National Monuments for the best view of the concerts and fireworks display. In order to provide medical services, security, and operations support for the patrons at this annual event, many federal, state, and local agencies work together to coordinate personnel, logistics, management, and incident response activities.</Description></Stakeholder><Stakeholder StakeholderTypeType="Organization"><Name>NGA</Name><Description>Solution: SitScape was selected by NGA, OUSD(i) to demonstrate its innovative capability at EC12. In the week leading up to the commencement of Enterprise Challenge 12 Operations, SitScape team travelled to, and provided onsite support to EC12 personnel at Ft. Huachuca in Sierra Vista, AZProblem: Enterprise Challenge 2012, or EC12, provided an opportunity for military services and agencies with the Department of Defense and international partners to demonstrate, test, evaluate and assess interoperability of technologies, such as sensors, systems and networks, prior to deploying these systems. It was conducted at Ft. Huachuca in Sierra Vista, AZduring Sept. 2012 at the Joint Interoperability Test Command and at sites across the U.S. and Canada. The main challenge is interoperability, that is the ability to share data between the various services in the DOD and coalition allies on the modern battlefield. Interoperability allows for a commander on the battlefield to make decisions based on information that is often in real-time, whether that commander is with U.S. Forces or an international partner.</Description></Stakeholder></Organization><Vision><Description>Smarter &amp; Faster Data-Driven Joint Decision Making</Description><Identifier>_a24d9a0c-01a0-11e6-ae25-f7a9b83adc12</Identifier></Vision><Mission><Description>To provide shared situational awareness and understanding for actionable operational intelligence</Description><Identifier>_a24d9a0d-01a0-11e6-ae25-f7a9b83adc12</Identifier></Mission><Value><Name>Correlation</Name><Description/></Value><Value><Name>Automation</Name><Description/></Value><Value><Name>Actionability</Name><Description>Actionable Operational IntelligenceKPI and Metrics Monitoring and AlertStraight-Through-Processing (STP)</Description></Value><Value><Name>Agility</Name><Description>Agile Visual AnalyticsBig Data Analytics in Browser</Description></Value><Value><Name>Speed</Name><Description>RapidBusiness IntelligenceStunning Dashboards and Charts</Description></Value><Value><Name>Situational Awareness</Name><Description>SharedSituational AwarenessShared with other users, groups from anywhere with strong security</Description></Value><Value><Name>Collaboration</Name><Description>Real-time CollaborationCollaborate at real-time with shared Common Operating Pictures (COP)</Description></Value><Value><Name>Security</Name><Description>Secure Information SharingShared with other users, groups from anywhere with strong security</Description></Value><Value><Name>Analysis</Name><Description>Agile &amp; Visual, No programming -- * Traditional analytics projects take months.* With SitScape, zero programming in minutes* 100% Web-Based | drag-drop visual interface</Description></Value><Value><Name>User-Centricity</Name><Description>User-Centric, Collaborative -- * Self-Service by business users* Collaborate on-the-fly over Web interface* Support both Operators and Analysts</Description></Value><Value><Name>Dynamics</Name><Description>Dynamic, Data-Driven &amp; Intelligent -- * Support real-time dynamic data and feeds* Monitor real-time data with visual Alerts* Combine beautiful visualizations with on-the-fly correlations over real-time &amp; historical data* Significantly faster smart decision making</Description></Value><Goal><Name>Digital Operations</Name><Description>Smarter DIGITAL OPERATIONS</Description><Identifier>_a24d9c08-01a0-11e6-ae25-f7a9b83adc12</Identifier><SequenceIndicator/><Stakeholder><Name/><Description/></Stakeholder><OtherInformation>Dynamic Collaboration | Secure Sharing</OtherInformation><Objective><Name>Analytics &amp; Visualizations</Name><Description>Provide Smart Analytics &amp; Adaptive Visualization</Description><Identifier>_a24d9d2a-01a0-11e6-ae25-f7a9b83adc12</Identifier><SequenceIndicator>1</SequenceIndicator><Stakeholder><Name/><Description/></Stakeholder><OtherInformation>Visual Analytics | Data Discovery | Visualization | Self-Service</OtherInformation></Objective><Objective><Name>Monitoring, Alerts &amp; KPIs</Name><Description>Support Continuous Monitoring, Intelligent Alerts &amp; KPIs</Description><Identifier>_a24d9e24-01a0-11e6-ae25-f7a9b83adc12</Identifier><SequenceIndicator>2</SequenceIndicator><Stakeholder><Name/><Description/></Stakeholder><OtherInformation/></Objective><Objective><Name>Correlation</Name><Description>Provide Agile Multi-Source Data Correlation</Description><Identifier>_a24d9f28-01a0-11e6-ae25-f7a9b83adc12</Identifier><SequenceIndicator>3</SequenceIndicator><Stakeholder><Name/><Description/></Stakeholder><OtherInformation>Visual Correlation | Data and Service Federation | Real-time Monitoring/Alerts | Plug-and-Play Correlation Fabric | Straight-Through-Processing (STP)</OtherInformation></Objective><Objective><Name>Processing / Automation</Name><Description>Support Straight-Through-Processing / Automation</Description><Identifier>_a24da626-01a0-11e6-ae25-f7a9b83adc12</Identifier><SequenceIndicator>4</SequenceIndicator><Stakeholder><Name/><Description/></Stakeholder><OtherInformation/></Objective></Goal></StrategicPlanCore><AdministrativeInformation><PublicationDate>2016-04-13</PublicationDate><Source>https://www.sitscape.com/homepage/about/</Source><Submitter><GivenName>Owen</GivenName><Surname>Ambur</Surname><PhoneNumber/><EmailAddress>Owen.Ambur@verizon.net</EmailAddress></Submitter></AdministrativeInformation></StrategicPlan>
