These groups include persons who represent: summer motorized recreation; winter motorized recreation; summer non-motorized recreation; winter non-motorized recreation; hunting and fishing; motorized outfitters and guides; non-motorized outfitters and guides; local environmental groups; a state tourism official; representative of affected Indian tribes; and representative of affected local governments. The responsibility of this committee is to provide recommendations to the Forest Service and BLM consistent with the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act of 2004.
